When to use it

The Elemental basic. The early-release branch is the part that matters in a fight: it converts an interrupted cast into Energy back rather than a wasted one, at the cost of damage. Aimed projectiles can headshot, so range discipline pays twice.

  The damage. Named the most consistent of the elemental options — the electric alternatives hit harder on paper and land less often. Its partial true damage only applies on a completed chant, which is the whole reason the rest of the build exists.
• Sorcerer — Fire and Ice, PvP — Toonchie explains it at 01:28
  The opener and the enabler. Its mark is what makes the target freezable or ignitable; nothing else in the loop works without it.
